Welcome to Velto, an online food ordering platform that enables users to place takeaway and dine-in pre-booking orders from partnered restaurants. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Velto services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under supervision. Continued use of the platform means you accept these terms fully.

Velto acts as a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants. We do not prepare food ourselves.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account activity
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • We may suspend accounts for misuse or fraud

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or restaurant acceptance
  • Prices are set by restaurants and may change
  • Taxes and service charges may apply
  • Payment once made may not always be refundable

5. Takeaway & Dine-In Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation time, hygiene, and service. Velto is not liable for delays, taste issues, or preparation errors.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders once prepared may not be canceled
  • Refunds depend on restaurant approval
  • Wrong orders must be reported within a reasonable time
  • Refund timelines depend on payment gateway processing

7. User Conduct

  • No fake bookings or spam orders
  • No misuse of offers or promo codes
  • No abusive behavior toward restaurant partners

8. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn anytime. Each offer has separate terms. Abuse of offers can lead to account suspension.

9. Platform Availability

We try to keep Velto available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Velto is not liable for indirect losses, food quality issues, restaurant behavior, or third-party payment failures.

11. Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
