Velto acts as a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants. We do not prepare food ourselves.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or restaurant acceptance
Prices are set by restaurants and may change
Taxes and service charges may apply
Payment once made may not always be refundable

5. Takeaway & Dine-In Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation time, hygiene, and service. Velto is not liable for delays, taste issues, or preparation errors.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once prepared may not be canceled
Refunds depend on restaurant approval
Wrong orders must be reported within a reasonable time
Refund timelines depend on payment gateway processing

7. User Conduct

No fake bookings or spam orders
No misuse of offers or promo codes
No abusive behavior toward restaurant partners

8. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn anytime. Each offer has separate terms. Abuse of offers can lead to account suspension.

9. Platform Availability

We try to keep Velto available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Velto is not liable for indirect losses, food quality issues, restaurant behavior, or third-party payment failures.

11. Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
